For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the customer will receive a transaction confirmation email from PayPal . 

SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS

The purchased good, together with the relevant invoice, is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. Any specific needs must be presented by the customer to RED ANCHOR. 

- Italy: RED ANCHOR guarantees delivery of the goods in Italy within 2/6 working days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the transaction.

- Europe: RED ANCHOR guarantees delivery of the product purchased in all European countries within 4/9 working days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the transaction.

- Rest of the world: RED ANCHOR guarantees delivery of the product purchased in all European countries within 7/10 working days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the transaction.

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (RED ANCHOR).

FREE for orders over € 99.00 .

EUROPE: €18.00 for each shipment.
Any customs charges will be borne by the Customer.

As soon as the package is entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive an email and an SMS with the shipping code and a link to follow its status.
