The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with MBP Sas for Red Anchor, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the website www.infinitycosmetics.it.

METHOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, the product/products purchased to the following address: Red Anchor C/O MBP Sas - Corso Carlo Pisacane SNC 04027 Ponza (LT)
The good must be returned to Red Anchor C/O MBP Sas in its original condition (not used, not damaged), complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in its original packaging. A copy of the electronic order receipt must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods to Red Anchor C/O MBP Sas are borne by the customer.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Buyer in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, MBP Sas is required to refund the sums paid by the customer.
In particular, MBP Sas will proceed free of charge with the transmission of the credit order, relating to the cost of the goods shipped, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the return, via the initial payment method.
In the event that, in agreement with the Buyer, MBP Sas has collected the returned goods, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. MBP Sas has the right to reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above, as well as products returned in conditions different from those specified above or for which the return costs have not been fully paid by the Buyer, or are not the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have been respected.

EXCHANGE
It is possible to request the replacement of a product by first making the return in the manner indicated above, i.e. with a shipment paid by the Buyer or by requesting a collection organized by MBP Sas which will charge the costs, paid via PayPal upon receipt of the replacement good . Once the return is successful, MBP Sas will ship the requested replacement product without charging additional transport costs.

MBP Sas reserves the right to apply a different rate depending on the place from which to collect the product(s) in question.
