Access to and use of the services of this website (hereinafter Red Anchor) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
When the Customer accesses Red Anchor and uses its services, he explicitly agrees to the following terms and conditions. We therefore invite you to carefully read the following document.
All communications, agreements and news sent and received by Red Anchor are sent and received electronically. By using this site you agree that these communications have the same legal value as written communications.
How to order
On Red Anchor you can also place an order as a guest, i.e. without registering, but to facilitate the process we still recommend you create your own account.
You can search for your products by browsing the site through the different categories you find in the main menu.
Once you have identified the product you are looking for, just click on "buy" from the product configuration screen.
To proceed with the purchase, click on "cart" at the top right. Once you proceed to the "checkout" and enter all the requested information, you will receive an "order registration" email, and shortly you will receive an email confirming your order. If you don't receive the email immediately, check your spam folder.
At that point the order will be completed. As soon as the shipment is ready you will receive an email confirming it and giving you all the contact details for tracking the parcels.
Orders
All orders sent to Red Anchor constitute a proposed contract of the Customer with Red Anchor. The processing of the order by Red Anchor is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same.
Each purchase made by the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending by Red Anchor of an email communicating acceptance of the order and the "Order Number" to be used in any subsequent communication.
The Customer will be able to check the status of the orders at any time by registering on the site and accessing their reserved area.
Red Anchor has the right to accept or reject the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to advance, in the event of non-acceptance, claims or rights of any kind, including compensation.
Product features and prices
Each product in the catalog contains images and descriptions owned by Red Anchor. All product prices in the catalog are in euros and VAT included. Red Anchor reserves the right to change list prices without notice.
Product warranty
Red Anchor only guarantees the integrity of the material of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be promptly communicated via e-mail containing photographs certifying the damage, no later than 10 days from the delivery date, under penalty of forfeiture of the replacement.
The shipping costs necessary for replacing products are borne by the customer.
Special offers
Any special offers promoted by Red Anchor are linked to the actual availability of the products in stock or when indicated until the expiry date or stock out.
